www-talktogiant-com – There will be five (5) prize winners overall for each entry period. Each Prize Winner will receive a $500 GiantFood gift card (the “Prize”). The $500.00 approximate retail value (or “ARV”) of each prize is up for grabs. Each Entry Period, a total of $2,500 in prizes will be awarded.
Terms and Conditions for Rewards
- The gift card’s terms and limitations apply to the prizes. Reward exchanges, assignments, and transfers are not permitted, unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
- The Sponsor retains the right to replace the specified Prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
- Reward loss or theft is not covered by the Sponsor.
- Prize winners are solely responsible for paying any taxes—federal, state, and local, if applicable—related to the prize they have won.
- There will only be as many Prizes as stated in these Official Rules.
How are Winners Notified?
- Within two business days of each Entry Period’s drawing date, prize winners will be contacted by phone, email, and mail.
- Unless specifically stated by law, potential prize winners may be required, within seven days of receiving notification, to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release in order to receive their prize.
- If time permits, the Sponsor will, in the event that a potential Prize Winner cannot be contacted after two attempts, does not sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within the required period, or is disqualified for any reason, then the applicable Prize will be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner, who will be selected at random from all final eligible entries that have not been selected as winners.
